This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Magellan Solutions Inc. doing business as Safary collects and uses personal information and the choices individuals have.

This Policy applies to our online and offline personal information processing activities including: visitors to our website where this Policy is posted, including safary.club (the “Site”) and Services (together, the “Services”).Note: This Policy does not cover the processing of personal information by third parties who integrate our Services into their products and services or our customers, who use our Services for their own purposes and which are subject to our agreement with them. 2. Personal Information Processed
We collect personal information directly from you, from third-party sources, and automatically through your use of the Services. The personal information we collect varies depending upon your use of our Services and our interactions with you.
Personal Information Collected Directly.
- Contact data – such as your name, email address, telegram username, company name and company website
- Payment card data – such as credit card information provided to our payment processor and company address
- Account data – such as the username and password that you set to create an account as well as any additional information you add to your account
- Communication data – such as information provided via our Services, social media, testimonials (including name, social media handle, profile image and comments) or through support services
- Financial Information – such as digital wallet addresses, onchain accounts, and blockchain transaction information (but excluding your recovery phrase and private keys). We process information about third party wallets, tokens, distribution share data, and smart contract information and addresses.
Personal Information Collected from Third Parties. We may collect and use personal information from third party sources, including third parties and public sources.
Personal Information Collected Automatically. We may automatically collect or derive personal information related to your use of our Services, including: page URL, host name of the referring URL, device type, IP address (e.g., city and country), operating system, language, browser information, usage data such as your interactions with our Services, wallet address, page load times, CPU/memory usage, and error reporting.We may combine this personal information with other information we collect in accordance with applicable law.
3. How We Use Personal Information
We may collect, use, disclose and process personal information for the following purposes:
- Transactional Purposes: to provision the Services; to establish and update your account; and for other transactional purposes.
- Customer service/communications: to provide a personalized experience; for technical or customer support; and similar purposes.
- Marketing/Advertising: for marketing purposes, including to provide you with special offers, promotions, news, and newsletters; to contact you about products we think may interest you; to post testimonials from customers; and for other marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes.

For example, if you register for or attend an event that we host or sponsor, we and other third parties may manage registration, attendance, connect event attendees, and contact attendees about relevant events and services.

- Service Providers: We engage service providers to perform services in connection with the operation of our business, such as cloud hosting or IT service providers.
- Affiliates: We may transfer personal information to related companies.

Please note that personal information collected during joint registrations or events may be collected under this Policy, the privacy policy of the other entity, and/or the privacy policy you see when you register. Links from our site to third party sites are also governed by the third parties’ privacy policies which we urge you to review.
- Social Media Platforms and Analytics Services: We and other third parties such as social media platforms, analytics and measurement providers and others analyze the use of our Services.
- Professional advisors. We may share personal information with professional advisors, such as lawyers, auditors, bankers and insurers, where necessary in the course of the professional services that they render to us.
- Authorities and others. We may share personal information with law enforcement, government authorities, and private parties, as we believe in good faith to be necessary or as legally required for compliance and protection purposes.

5. Technology and Tracking Mechanisms
We and third parties use local storage objects, log files, APIs, and other mechanisms to automatically collect browsing, activity, device, and similar information within our Services. We use this personal information to, for example, analyze and understand how visitors interact with our Services; identify and resolve bugs and errors in our Services; assess, secure, protect, optimize and improve the performance of our Services; conduct marketing and analytics activities; and personalize content in our Services. Cookies. Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your device’s hard drive through your web browser for record-keeping purposes. Some cookies allow us to make it easier for you to navigate our Services, while others are used to enable a faster log-in process, support the security and performance of the Services, or allow us to track activity and usage data within Service.
Pixel Tags. Pixel tags (sometimes called web beacons or clear GIFs) are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies. While cookies are stored locally on your device, pixel tags are embedded invisibly within web pages and online content. We may use these, in connection with our Services to, among other things, track the activities of users, help us manage content and compile usage statistics. Local Storage Objects. Local storage is a web storage mechanism that allows us to store data on a browser that persists even after the browser window is closed. Additional Notices. Please note that our Services include the use of public blockchain technology. Information included in a public blockchain can be seen by anyone and is immutable and cannot be changed or deleted.
This Policy does NOT apply to our processing of personal information belonging to third parties such as wallets or smart contracts, including through such third parties’ use of our Services (e.g., SDKs and APIs that developers and others incorporate into their products). You should carefully read those parties’ privacy policies and terms of service and contact them regarding any questions you may have.
How We Disclose
To the Public. Our Services make use of various third party technologies; some of which are public or may be made public (and are therefore not covered by this Privacy Policy) including, public blockchains, addresses, transactions, networks, platforms, integrations, smart contracts, etc. Therefore, wallet, funding, smart contract and transaction information related to your use of certain Services may be recorded on a public blockchain. Public blockchains are distributed ledgers, intended to immutably record transactions across wide networks of computer systems. Many block chains are open to the public or to forensic analysis which can lead to de-identification or de-anonymization, and/or the intentional or unintentional revelation of private financial information, especially when blockchain data is combined with other data.
NOTE: Because block chains are decentralized and third-party networks, contracts and wallets are not controlled or operated by us, we are not able to erase, modify, or alter personal information in these situations.
6. Your Privacy Choices
While some aspects of our Services are publicly available and/or cannot be changed or deleted, we make available several ways for you to manage choices about your personal information. If at any time you would like to review or change your contact information or terminate your account, you can contact us using the contact information provided below. Upon receiving your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account; however, we are required to keep certain information and records for our compliance and operational purposes.

- Do Not Track. Our site currently does not respond to “Do Not Track” signals.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or features or provide certain third-party connections or integrated services. Any access to and use of such linked websites, features, or third-party services is not governed by this Policy. We are not responsible for the information practices of such third parties, including their collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. 8. User Generated Content/Testimonials
We may offer public-facing features that allow you to create and publicly share information or content with others. Anything you submit or post to any such interactive features on the Services may be viewable and searchable by others. By using these features, you acknowledge that you have no expectation of privacy or confidentiality in the content you submit, whether or not it contains personal information about you including your name, social media handle and profile picture.
9. Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly process personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe we have collected a child’s personal information, please contact us as described below.

We have implemented safeguards intended to protect personal information from loss or unauthorized access. Please be aware that despite our efforts, no data security measures can guarantee security. We encourage you to always choose unique account names and passwords for every account and not to share this information with anyone.
11. Data Retention
We retain the personal data we collect as reasonably necessary for the purposes described herein or otherwise disclosed to you at the time of collection. We retain personal data as necessary to comply with our operational, tax, accounting and recordkeeping obligation and to provide the Services as well as an additional period of time as necessary to protect, defend or establish our rights, defend against potential claims, and comply with our legal obligations. In some cases, we may deidentify or aggregate personal data and use it in compliance with applicable law. If you request that we delete your personal data, please note we may still retain your personal data as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, regulatory requests, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
